2a. He shall be recommended by the Presiding Bishop, and/or the Executive Board, and elected by a simply majority of registered delegates in the Holy Convocation. Should the Presiding Bishop’s office become vacant, the current First Vice-Presiding Bishop will serve as interim presider until the next Holy Convocation. At which time, the specified election procedures will be followed.

2b. The First Vice-Presiding Bishop’s tenure as a board member is unlimited. However, the Executive Board can determine the length of his term. Should the office become vacant, the Executive Board will implement election procedures as stated in 2a.

2c. He shall be the primary assistant to the Presiding Bishop in the spiritual and administrative affairs of the ACCG. He shall take leadership in developing a regional. Additionally, the First Vice-Presiding Bishop shall be responsible for assigned tasks by the Presiding Bishop and/or Executive Board for the purpose of promoting growth of the ACCG.

3b. The Second Vice-Presiding Bishop’s tenure as a board member is unlimited. However, the Executive Board can determine the length of term. Should the office become vacant, the Executive Board will implement electoral procedures.

3c. He shall assist the Presiding Bishop as needed and assigned. He shall also take leadership in developing a regional as may be assigned by the Presiding Bishop, and/or Executive Board. Additionally, the Second Vice-Presiding Bishop shall preform other assignments that have been delegated by the Presiding Bishop and/or Executive Board to promote growth of the ACCG.

1. Explore ways to develop and expand respective regional.

2. Serve as spiritual advisor to the regional as well as handling administrative issues beyond the scope of the District Elder.

3. Promote unity between pastors and churches and encourage adherence to the Constitution and By-laws of the ACCG.

4. Work closely with the District Elders within the regional.

5. Submit a state of the regional report (to include financial status) to the Presiding Bishop and Executive Board at the Annual Holy Convocation,
